Beyond being certified organic, fairly traded, and sustainably grown, these beans are also heirloom - meaning the seeds have been passed down from generation to generation, helping to preserve rainforest biodiversity and support sustainable livelihoods in local communities.

Cacao butter is the secret to chocolate's melt-in-the-mouth consistency. It's also a great source of antioxidants, polyphenols, and essential fatty acids. Our low-temperature processing methods ensure that our butter retains the original nutrition found within the whole bean.
