Basic Shipping Information
We ship via both FedEx Ground and USPS depending on order size. We offer free shipping over $99 for retail-ready items ONLY in the continental USA - this excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Additional shipping fees will be added for bulk items and international orders.
When will my order ship?
Please note - we are experiencing a higher-than-usual order volume at this time. Please allow 2-3 days from the time of your order for processing and shipping. We appreciate your patience and promise our small-yet-mighty team is working hard to get your order safely packed and out the door as quickly as possible.
All orders are shipped Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays & Sundays.
Ground shipping typically takes 2-6 business days. Please expect delays on holidays.
May-October: All orders containing chocolate will be processed at the beginning of each week only and shipped out via FedEx 2-day shipping to insure they arrive in proper condition.

You have 90 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it in. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please pack securely and with proper padding. We are not able to offer a credit if the item(s) arrive back to us damaged due to improper packing.

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). If your return is approved, we will process a refund back onto your credit card. Please allow up to 4 business days for the refund to be processed.
Shipping a Return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We are unable to credit you for shipping or handling fees.
