Strawberry Probiotic Yum Shake

What is a yum-shake you ask? Think thickness of a smoothie bowl, only served in a glass. You can drink it down, OR eat it with a spoon. We tend to like to add superfood toppings to everything, and if a smoothie is too liquid-like they just sink right to the bottom, which definitely isn't as fun and certainly doesn't look as pretty. And after-all, we eat with our eyes first, so it's important to make food look pleasing to the eye for ultimate digestibility. Speaking of digestion, It also doesn't hurt to add in some potent probioitics, hence the addition of a sneaky dose of Sunbiotics Vanilla Probiotics with Prebiotics Powder. We also spooned on some of our Rawmio Superfood Spread - stone ground raw almond butter with added omega 3-rich chia seeds, protein-packed hemp seeds, bits of chewy, antioxidant-packed goji berries and a touch of deliciously maple-like and mineral-rich coconut sugar. No oils, refinded sugars, refined salt, or anything artificial added - just the good stuff.

The Recipe

Strawberry Probiotic Yum Shake

Serves 1
1 heaped cup frozen strawberries
1 cup coconut milk - either make your own fresh or use light milk from a BPA -free can
1 frozen banana
1/2 tsp organic vanilla extract
Optional : sweetener to taste such as raw honey or stevia drops
Top with Rawmio Superfood Spread, cacao nibs, chia seeds, fresh berries, and any other superfood topping of choice!
1. add coconut milk to blender first to aid in blending. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. DIG IN!
