July is here which means it's officially s'more season! What better way to kick off the summer than with these delectable plant based s’more cups that you can stash in the freezer for when the sweet tooth strikes.
1. Take 2-3 of our 85% Quite Dark Essential Bars, chop and melt them using a double boiler method with just a touch of coconut oil.
2. Cut Dandies vegan marshmallows into 3rds. You could also use their mini marshmallows.
3. Break or cut gluten-free graham crackers into small pieces.
4. Drizzle a layer of melted chocolate at the bottom of a mini cupcake liner (or you could use a silicon mold), place a graham cracker piece on top, followed by a marshmallow and more chocolate drizzled on top to finish. Garnish with a touch of flakey sea salt and place in fridge of freezer to set.
