Pistachio Butter Protein Power Balls

These vegan pistachio butter protein balls are simple to mix together and provide you a healthy option when you are short on time and need something that will provide you with energy in a pinch.

The Dastony Pistachio Butter is loaded with protein, fiber, and antioxidants leaving you feeling satiated and energized. Recipe makes 10 balls and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freezer for longer storage.

The Recipe

Pistachio Butter Protein Power Balls


½ cup Dastony Pistachio Butter
½ cup hemp hearts
¼ cup shredded coconut
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp date syrup
1 scoop vegan protein powder
¼ cup dried cranberries


1. Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Mixture will be thick and you can use your hands to help mix ingredients together.

2. Scoop 2 Tbsp of mixture into palm of hand and form into a ball. Press and squeeze into your shape.

3. Balls can be placed in the refrigerator or freezer for easy snacking.
