Glow Inducing Raw Chocolate Orange Pudding (Raw, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Paleo)

Remember that instant chocolate pudding stuff as a kid? The kind that came as an actual sachet of powder that you add milk to and let set in the fridge? Yeah, this has literally ZERO of the same ingredients, however, if chocolate pudding is one of your #1 comfort foods, this recipe will 100% do it for you, and in the most healthful way possible.
This magical recipe has only 6 (plus salt!) wholesome, clean, plant-based ingredients and the base is actually avocado - yep, the same thing you use to whip up a batch of guac. Avocado gives this recipe that rich and dense, yet silky-smooth and fluffy, texture that we all love about chocolate pudding. It's also rich in monounsaturated fats and vitamin E that help keep the skin youthful and dewy. Paired with antioxidant-rich cacao and all of that collagen-boosting Vitamin C from fresh orange, it's basically like an anti-aging spa treatment from the inside out. This flavor combo was inspired by our own Rawmio Chocolate Orange Hearts, and they also made the perfect garnish.
