Easy No-Bake Raw Chocolate Chunk Oat Bars

Many granola bars on the market are loaded with processed ingredients like refined sugar, soy protein isolate, vegetable oils, gums, and preservatives. But not these! This recipe is made-from-scratch with wholesome plant based ingredients like rolled oats, raw nut butters, dried fruits, seeds, and raw chocolate chunks.

Gooey, chewy, and loaded with raw chocolate nutrition! These energy-rich no-bake oat bars are perfect before a workout, in lunch for school or work, or enjoyed as a healthy late-night treat. They're very easy to make and require no equipment - not even a blender or food processor. 


The Recipe

No-Bake Raw Chocolate Chunk Oat Bars

Ingredients

1/3 cup Dastony coconut butter
1/4 cup Dastony almond butter
1/3 cup raw honey
1/2 cup mixed nuts and seeds (your choice!)
1 handful of raisins (or use goji berries, mulberries, dried cranberries or dried cherries)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 x Rawmio raw chocolate Essentials bar chopped into chunks (we used 85% Quite Dark but feel free to use your favorite!)

Steps

Melt the coconut butter (if it’s solid) and combine with almond butter

Mix all ingredients in a bowl

Spread on a parchment paper-lined loaf pan, and place in the fridge or freezer to set for at least 30 mins

Slice and enjoy! These keep very well in the fridge.
