Your New Favorite Green Juice // Guest Recipe!

While all green juices are filled with anti-inflammatory properties, this one by Elise Museles of Kale and Chocolate kicks it up a notch with turmeric, ginger, cilantro, and pineapple all in one glass. Of course, it's good for you, but it tastes good too!

Aside from being one of inflammation's greatest foes, green juice has many other benefits as well! Here are a few of our favorites:

The Recipe

Anti-inflammatory Green Juice

Serves 1


4 kale leaves

2 celery stalks

1/2 cucumber

1-inch piece fresh turmeric, peeled

1/2-1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled

1 cup pineapple

handful of fresh cilantro

pinch of sea salt

Wash and chop the fruits & vegetables. Push all ingredients through a juicer. Drink up!
