Fall Comfort // Pumpkin Spice Sugar Cookie Matcha Latte (Recipe!)

Looking for something equally nourishing and satisfying to help you navigate through those feirce cravings for sugary holiday treats? Look no further. We put our own spin on the beloved pumpkin spice latte, giving it a serious superfood twist involving matcha green tea, real pumpkin spice, stone ground coconut butter rich in healthy, metabolism-boosting MCT fats, hydrating and mineral-rich coconut water, and a drizzle of our Rawmio silk spread for a touch of sugar cookie-esque flavor. Enjoy!

The Recipe

makes 1, 16oz serving


4oz purified water

4oz coconut milk

8oz coconut water

1 tbs Dastony Stone Ground Coconut Butter

1 tsp Rawmio Almond Silk

1 tsp matcha

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1-2 pinches cinnamon

1. Heat 1/2 cup water in a pot on stovetop until near boil, then add matcha and whisk until foamy.

2. Place coconut water in blender with remaining ingredients, then pour in your hot, whisked matcha. Adding the hot matcha helps melt the coconut butter for the creamiest effect. Blend everything until milky and frothy.

3. Pour blended latte back into pot on the stove and reheat to desired temp. Pour into mug and enjoy!
