This dish combines our love for Indian spices, mushrooms, and a quiche. This was my first attempt at working with Irish moss, partly in an effort to avoid using cashews as a filler. Besides being incredibly nutritious, Irish moss works miraculously as a natural thickener. I'm always looking for a lighter alternative to nuts, and this proved to be a great one.

If you can believe it, this is my very first time making raw pizza!  Crazy, I know!  I suppose I never really cared for trying to recreate American fast-food (pizza, burgers, etc).  But I must admit, this recipe turned out amazing!

A great alternative to traditional pumpkin pie filling, no pumpkin necessary. While carrot juice lends vibrant orange color and an earthy sweetness, young coconut meat, coconut butter, brazil nut milk, and irish moss give this filling a very creamy texture. This recipe uses all the traditional pumpkin pie spices to flavor. Eat alone or in a pie crust!

Raw pizza can be a bit intimidating to make at first because of the steps involved. However, the outcome is well worth the effort! Pizza is by far more delicious raw than cooked. This is a great meal to share with someone who is new to raw foods and may not understand just how creative and delicious raw food recipes can be!

The cookie dough is made with sprouted quinoa and raw peanuts that have been processed into butter. The cookies alone have a subtle peanut taste, so to heighten the peanut flavor and make the sandwich, I add raw peanut butter between two cookies. These peanut butter sandwich cookies are yummy and filling, so one, or two, will satisfy a cookie craving. If you are allergic to peanuts, almonds or cashews would be a nice substitute. If you are allergic to all nuts, I
