Veggie Veggie Wrap

Using big, beautiful leafy greens as burrito style wraps remains one of the tastiest and most ingenious ways of getting more dark greens into your body. You also replace your gluten containing wraps like tortillas, save yourself extra calories, and up the mineral and phytonutrient levels in your meal by many times over with this great idea! *Collard or chard leaves (1-2 per person)
*Avocado (about 1/3 per wrap)
*Veggie fixings of your choice (bell pepper, tomato, shredded carrots, finely chopped red cabbage or kale, sprouts, sea vegetables, green onion, fresh herbs like cilantro,)
*Additional toppings! - raw cashews, chia seeds, spices such as turmeric or chili, lime/lemon juice


1) Wash and dry. (your collard leaf/wrap)

2) Use about one third of an avocado and smash it up with a fork in the middle of the leaf.

3) Add in your veggies of choice.
