Vegan Caesar Salad

This salad is destined to become one of your new favorites! You will start craving your greens, as long as they're paired with this creamy raw vegan caesar dressing by Crystal Bonnet of Raw Revive. Feel free to add any of your favorite veggies, on this one I have added mushrooms, cucumbers and of course avocado.
Ingredients For the Salad
1 big bowl of chopped Romaine lettuce
1 mini cucumber
For the Dressing
1/2 cup raw macadamia nuts
1/4 cup raw cashews
3 pitted dates soaked
3 thumbs of garlic
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup coconut water
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Directions 1. Throw all dressing ingredients into a high speed blender or mini food processor and blend.
2. You can add more coconut water until desired consistency is achieved.
3. Combine lettuce, mushrooms and cucumber.
4. Toss with 2 tablespoons of dressing.
5. Top salad with chopped avocado and Enjoy!
