Vanilla-Chocolate Ice Cream

Fall may be peering at us from around the corner but let's just ignore that for a moment and dive into this luscious Vanilla Chocolate Ice Cream by Iselin Stoylen of Vegetarian Taste
. It makes the perfect healthy treat, cooling snack, or heck even breakfast! Make sure you have plenty of ripe bananas on hand to freeze and you'll be ready to rock this recipe out in a matter of minutes. Enjoy!
Ingredients Vanilla Layer: 1.5 frozen banana 1/4 tsp vanilla powder Chocolate Layer: 1.5 frozen bananas 1 tbsp raw cacao powder (you can also use carob) pinch of salt (optional) Toppings: raw agave raw coconut sugar crystals dried, sliced figs other topping alternatives: cacao nibs, dates, raw chocolate, dried fruit, nuts and honey.
Directions Blend the ingredients for each layer with a little bit of water (use as little water as possible). Layer first the vanilla ice cream and then the chocolate ice cream. Drixxle on the toppings and serve.
