Valentines Day Spirulina Chocolate

with a sneaky dose of hidden spirulina. We're a firm believer in the power of chocolate as a medium to deliver superfoods into the body, a trick that works especially well for kids and adults alike! This recipe takes mere minutes to create and can be stored in the freezer for a little green superfood chocolate fix on the fly.
2 tbs melted cacao butter
6 tbs cacao powder
1/2 tsp spirulina
1 tsp raw agave - or liquid sweetener of choice such as coconut nectar, yacon syrup or raw honey
Directions 1) Place cacao butter into a stainless steel bowl over a pot of simmering water and let just melt.
2) Remove from the heat.
3) Add to the two tablespoon of melted cacao butter, six tablespoons of raw cacao powder. Whisk until well combined
4) add in half a teaspoon of spirulina and one teaspoon of agave. Whisk again.
5) Pour into your mold of choice and place in the freezer for about fifteen minutes. Voila!
