Tomato Salad with Spirulina Dressing

full of lycopene from fresh tomatoes, healthy efa's from cold pressed olive oil and a serious punch of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids galore from organic spirulina. If you've yet to find a way to make spirulina more palatable definitely try blending it into a salad dressing like this simple vinaigrette here. Enjoy and be nourished.
Ingredients Tomato Salad
: 1/2 box cherry tomatoes
1 english cucumber
, diced 1-2 green onions, sliced chopped parsley to garnish (or basil, dill, cilantro, or herb of choice) Spirulina Dressing: 1/2 cup Olive oil (preferably and cold pressed is best) 2 cloves Garlic juice of 1 Lemon 1/4 cup Cider Vinegar 2 tbsp Hemp shells (or called seeds or nuts) 1 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt a little black Pepper 1 tsp Spirulina
Directions 1) Throw all ingredients in a Vitamix or blender and blend until smooth.
2) Pour over salad and enjoy!! Can easily double the recipe.
