Difficulty 5 minutes Serves 1
Pardon us sugary cereal in a box, we hate to say it but you no longer hold the title of breakfast of champs; it's all about the superfood smoothie bowl! If you're looking to tackle your day with energy, passion and zest, superfoods can help you get there. Acai is a Brazilian superfruit that's gained serious recognition by health foodies around the globe for its superb antioxidant levels and high vitamin C content paired with inflammation fighting and energizing capabilities. In this recipe by Nadia Damaso of Eat Better, Not Less, acai powder joins forces with more fruity goodness, raw almond butter, a splash of plant based milk, and fun toppings to create the ultimate acai bowl experience. Enjoy!

Enjoy every single spoon, the bowl will be empty faster than you would like!
I love adding some granola, homemade coconut chips and/or roasted nuts on top to bring in some extra crunchiness.
You might prefer to only use either the almond milk or the coconut water/milk.
