The Simplest Raw Vegan Fudge

is the simplest raw vegan fudge you will ever make - just 2 ingredients! If you want chocolate fudge you can always add in some raw cacao powder to taste - but this "blondie" version is perfect for when you want to break the rules and mix it up a little.
Ingredients 250 ml / 1 cup macadamia nuts (about 140g)
250 ml / 1 cup dates (about 185g)
Directions 1. blend until smooth
2. spread out and freeze for at least 4-5 hours
3. cut into squares and keep in the freezer for when that craving for something sweet pops up.
