Thai Lettuce Wraps with a Spicy Almond Ginger Dressing

Ingredients Salad Base: 1 large zucchini- spiralized 2 small carrots- grated into strips 1 cup red cabbage- chopped into strips 2 spring onions- chopped fine 1 bunch cilantro- chopped fine
Spicy Almond Ginger Dressing: 1/4 cup almonds (soak them if desired)
1 small zucchini 1 lemon- juiced1 lime- juiced 1/2 jalape
Directions 1) Blend dressing ingredients until smooth.
2) Pour over your salad base and massage until fully incorporated.
3) Top with sesame seeds and avocado. Enjoy!!
