has taken the traditional recipe and formulated a raw cupcake version, and this is the immaculate result! Gluten-free and raw, the cake batter can be made with your choice of buckwheat, sprouted oat or quinoa flours. The soaking syrup is a blend of coconut butter, coconut water, and sweet coconut nectar. Each decadent cupcake includes a medjool date and coconut butter caramel sauce filling and coconut butter raspberry frosting with hints of vanilla bean throughout. So tasty!
