Raw Vegan Herbed Cheese

If you're looking for a yummy, tangy, creamy, totally spreadable raw vegan cheese with tons of flavor and nutrition than this is the perfect recipe! This cheese is actually cultured with healthy probiotics for a very authentic cheesy flavor. You can really go wild with this base recipe, adding to it all your favorite spices and herbs to adapt to your various recipe needs.


Almond Cheese Base:

2 cups almonds (soaked)
1 capsule high quality vegan probiotics (or a tsp of miso, or both)
1 cup water

Herbed Cheese Recipe:

2 cups almond cheese
4 T chopped pine nuts (optional)
4 T fresh chopped red onion
1 T fresh minced parsley
2 t miso
4 t minced dill
2 t fresh minced garlic
2 t fresh minced green onion
