Raw Vegan Eggnog Truffles

If one of your favorite flavors of the season happens to be egg nog, you will love this fun, chocolate-covered truffle variation by Heather Pace of Sweetly Raw.
2 tablespoons melted coconut butter
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
2 tablespoons brown rice syrup*
4 teaspoons coconut flour
1/4 teaspoon each: cinnamon, fresh nutmeg, vanilla extract
4 teaspoons hot water
1 cup of chocolate of choice (you can keep it raw or vegan)
1 teaspoon melted coconut oil
*Or you can do clear agave which will make them a bit sweeter.
1. Whisk all ingredients, EXCEPT the water, together in a bowl set in another bowl of hot water to keep everything warm and fluid.
