Green soups make for a light and refreshing way to incorporate more leafy green goodness into your diet, especially if you are limiting sugar and need something other than a salad to nosh on. Ingredients 8 Kale leaves
Directions 1) Throw all ingredients into Vitamix or Blender and blend until the consistency you like.
2) Adjust salt, garlic, pepper to your taste. Eat and Enjoy!!
