Pretty in Pink Protein Tropical Smoothie

Pretty in Pink Protein Tropical Smoothie packs in a whopping dose of plant-based protein, your entire day's worth of Vitamin C, healthy fats, fiber and antioxidants, plus it contains only 3 main ingredients! Get your blender ready for a beautifying and mood-boosting meal courtesy of Heather McClees of The Soulful Spoon!

Ingredients

1 cup tropical frozen fruit 
1 cup unsweetened non-dairy vanilla milk  - preferably homemade and raw
1 scoop your choice vanilla protein powder 
1 tsp. each of shredded coconut and chia seeds, or your choice of nuts/seeds/superfoods

Directions

1. Add all the ingredients in the order listed to your blender (except the toppings), and blend on low, then progress to high. ( If you have a Vitamix, use the tamper and select the frozen dessert button. If you have a Blendtec blender, hit the frozen dessert button, and if you have a Nutribullet or regular blender, keep in mind you may need to add a little more liquid if needed to help it blend and stop in between and stir if needed. )

2. Scrape the smoothie contents into your favorite bowl and top with your choice toppings.
3. Freeze for 30 minutes to set, come back, and enjoy!
