Papaya Banana Smoothie

Banana is an amazing fruit, high in potassium, fiber, and energy-rich. Banana is a real beauty food as well! It makes your skin smooth and dewy. It soothes your muscles and nerves. Papaya is enzyme rich and amazing for soothing the digestion (like banana). Add a pinch of cinnamon for warming effect and to stabilize your blood sugar and to treat muscle spasms. 2 small papayas
water as needed (I probably had 0.5 litres of water)
1-2 tsp cinnamon powder
vanilla drops (optional)
Directions Peel and cut the fruit. Blend all the ingredients. Enjoy!
