No Churn, Avocado Basil Ice Cream

This avocado basil ice cream by Lucie Javorska of Win-Win Food is sweet and creamy and totally addictive! An awesome, healthy recipe to make for St. Patrick's Day if you want to mix things up a bit with something slightly unexpected. Enjoy!


2 avocados, cut into cubes and frozen OR 1 avocado and 1 banana cut up and frozen (the color will be less vivid but you'll need less sweetener and the whole treat will be lower in fat)
8 basil leaves


1.Combine all ingredients in a food processor or a high speed blender and pulse until smooth. You can let the frozen avocado soften at room temperature for a few minutes if you don't have a very strong food processor and are worried about blending "avocado ice".
