Luverly Vanilla Cake Pops

Fresh cashews and rich fragrant coconut merge with sweet nectar-like maple syrup, blissful vanilla and hint of caramel from lucuma to form the base of these decadent gourmet raw desserts. Cake Pop Filling

1 cup cashews

1 cup coconut ground in a coffee grinder + 1/2 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut

1/4 + 1 tbsp cup maple syrup

3 tsp lucuma powder

2 tbsp melted coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

Dark Cacao Coating

2/3 cup melted cacao butter

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tsp vanilla

1 cup cacao powder
