Low-Fat Strawberry Lemon Tart

A lot of people may find raw recipes a bit complicated due to the usual long list of ingredients. But this delicious Low-Fat Strawberry Lemon Tart id definitely the deal-breaker. You'll only need three or four ingredients. This tart requires minimum equipment, and very little time and effort. Best for busy-bods who want to keep in shape!
It's sweet and satisfying, and the perfect size to share with a friend. -or eat the whole tart all by yourself,
2 cups pitted dates (I used medjool dates and some fresh, soft dates)
1 tbsp lemon juice + a little lemon zest
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 cups chopped strawberries
2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions Place your dates in a food processor together with the lemon juice, zest and the cinnamon. Process until everything stick together (if your dates are soft you can also do this by hand).
Add the dough to a small to medium sized lined tin,and press it out. If the dough is sticky dip your fingers in water, that will make it easier. Put the crust in the freezer for at least and hour.
When the crust is ready, pull it out of the tin and place it on a plate. Add in the strawberries and and drizzle over the lemon juice. Serve straight ahead or store it in the refrigerator for up to 24hours.
