Fresh Kale and Citrus Salad

Fresh leafy greens paired with preserved lemon, juicy orange, and 3 varieties of tasty seeds dressed simply with a drizzle of raw honey and cold pressed olive oil. Ingredients Green baby leaf salad, chopped Kale, chopped Preserve lemon, cut in small pieces (or use a squeeze of fresh lemon juice) Orange Sunflower seeds Pumpkin seeds Sesame seeds Himalaya pink salt Olive oil Raw Honey (humanely sourced and organic)
Directions In a medium salad bowl place green baby leaf salad, kale and preserve lemon, mix well. In a small Sprinkle your salad with salt, seeds, adds olive oil, a teaspoon of raw honey and decorate generously with an orange. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving.
