Cosy Turmeric Cinnamon Elixir

Recovering from a seasonal cold? This cosy elixir will surely help. A blend of creamy coconut pecan milk with anti-inflammatory turmeric, warming spices of nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger, a little cacao, and adaptogenic superfoods thrown in for good measure. 2 tablespoons pecan butter
1/4 cup coconut milk
3 pitted medjool dates
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
3 cups hot black tea or water
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon black maca powder
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Blend it all up. ENJOY. Feel free to adjust according to your taste preferences.
