Coffee Nut Bliss Balls

These bliss balls by Hallie and Reya of Nibs and Greens will give you a small dose of caffeine from the coffee grounds but are also an excellent treat to have midday. Between the cashew butter, shredded coconut, and little bit of coconut sugar, you will satisfy your sweet tooth and give yourself a dose of healthy fats to keep you going for the rest of your day. 1 cup almond flour
1 cup cashew butter


1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, mixing well.
2. Using a small cookie scoop, for balls and place on a line plate or baking sheet.
3. Place in your freezer for about 30 minutes to harden before transferring to a container and storing in your fridge.
Grab a couple on your way out the door for when you need a quick boost during your day!
