Coconut Fit Macaroons
Difficulty 5 minutes Serves 4
The coconut macaroon made with coconut nectar provides more of a soft chewier cookie than the one made with stevia. Chocolate chips were used in the stevia macaroon, as we wanted a chocolate chip macaroon. You can easily use cacao nibs or and chocolate you prefer.
Ingredients Cinnamon Coconut Nectar Macaroon -
Directions For both macaroons, stir all ingredients in large bowl. Add more or less water or coconut nectar till you desired texture. You want the batter to hold together.
Once batter ready, scoop macaroons onto a plate and set in fridge. Or you can dehydrate them for about 1-2 hours at 105 degrees, or bake them at 200 degrees for 30 minutes or so.
