Anti-Inflammatory Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds

These overnight oats by Lucie Javorska of Win-Win Food are packed with flavor and anti-inflammatory ingredients! A generous heap of cinnamon and turmeric plus an extra squeeze of lemon will keep you on top of your game no matter the weather (or your sneezing and coughing surroundings).
Directions 1. Combine all ingredients except for the lemon juice in a medium bowl and stir thoroughly.
2. Let thicken up in the fridge overnight and either heat it up or leave it cold if you prefer.
3. Add some more milk if you prefer a runnier texture.
Finish up with a splash of lemon juice if you like and dig in!
