A Cold Bustin Smoothie

If you've been burning the candle at both ends so to speak, and it's finally catching up with you, run don't want to the store now and grab the ingredients listed below. It will definitely help put some pep back in your step.


Juice from 1 grapefruit
Juice from 1 lemon
Juice from 1 orange
1 banana
1 cup frozen cherries
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup frozen beet


Blend it all up and drink it down.
